Private beginnings
Elopement - Paperwork Only - Destination
This option is best suited for those who are planning a destination wedding, elopement or are in need of 'making it legal'. A free telephone consultation is included. This option is when a ceremony is not required but the Ontario legalities are met and the official documents are signed and mailed to the Registrar General. Please note that two witnesses must be present, if you are unable to provide witnesses they can obtained for $30.00 plus applicable taxes.
Intimate beginnings & Renewals
Small Weddings - City Hall - Backyard
Ceremony is approximately 15 - 30 minutes
This option is best suited for couples who prefer a small intimate ceremony. A free consultation via telephone or video is included. We will discuss your ceremony vision, explore ideas and plan your vow/ring exchange. A ceremony draft will be forwarded in advance for your approval. Ongoing support (by phone or email) is provided to help you create beautiful memories. A small walk through will be discussed prior to your ceremony to help you feel more relaxed and centered. Following your ceremony all legal documents will be mailed to the Registrar General.
Intricate beginnings
Banquet Halls - Country Clubs - Event Center
Ceremony is approximately 30 - 45 minutes
This option is best suited for couples who are planning a more intricate ceremony with a larger wedding party and guest list. An in-person or video consultation is included to discuss various elements of the ceremony such as unity celebrations. We will also discuss various culture and or traditions that you may want to include. As we work together we will explore various vow and ring options. A ceremony script will be forwarded for multiple reviews and edits. Ongoing support (by phone or email) is provided to you or your wedding planner. A telephone walk through is done prior to the ceremony. Following your ceremony all legal documents will be mailed to the Registrar General.
Stress free beginnings (rehearsal)
You have spent so much time planning your special day if you would like a full rehearsal to ease some stress and confusion that is not a problem. We can do a detailed run through of your ceremony. We will rehearse all aspects of your wedding ceremony step-by-step to ensure that everyone knows what to do and what to expect (60 - 90 minutes).
Retainer Fee
A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer fee of 50% is due at point of booking. This reserves my time and ensures your commitment. The balance of the fee is due TWO weeks prior to your ceremony.
Mileage Fee
$0.61 / KM applies if travelling more than 35KM (one way) from Etobicoke, ON.
Paperwork
A valid marriage license must be provided by each couple at the wedding ceremony. You must also have two witnesses present at the wedding ceremony. About 8-12 weeks after your wedding you can apply for your marriage certificate as IT WILL NOT BE automatically issued by the province.
